These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Marchetti Holbrook website (marchett) and your participation in our educational programmes. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you enter into a binding agreement with Marchetti Holbrook.

Nothing in our programmes, materials, or communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or any form of regulated financial service. Marchetti Holbrook is an educational organisation and is not licensed to provide regulated financial advice.

Enrolment
Enrolment in any Marchetti Holbrook programme is subject to the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full programme payment and written confirmation from Marchetti Holbrook
- Places on our programmes are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-confirmed basis
- We reserve the right to decline an enrolment where we reasonably believe it would not be in the participant's best interest or our programme's integrity
- You are responsible for ensuring that information provided at the time of enrolment is accurate and complete
Payments
All programme fees are quoted and payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Fees are inclusive of all programme materials and resources as described at the time of enrolment, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full prior to the commencement of any programme, unless a separate written agreement has been made. We will confirm available payment methods at the time of your enrolment enquiry.
Fees do not include any personal financial or professional advisory services, which are wholly separate from our educational offering.
Cancellation and Refunds
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- 14 or more days before programme commencement: A full refund, less an administrative processing fee, will be considered upon written request
- 7 to 13 days before commencement: A partial credit toward a future programme may be offered at our discretion
- Less than 7 days before commencement: Refunds or credits are generally not available, except in exceptional circumstances reviewed case by case
- Cancellation by Marchetti Holbrook: In the event we cancel a programme, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of fees paid

Participant Conduct
All participants in our programmes are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. We ask that participants:
- Treat fellow participants, educators, and staff with courtesy and respect
- Engage with programme materials in good faith and for genuine educational purposes
- Refrain from recording or sharing programme materials without express written permission
- Not disrupt the learning environment of other participants
We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme, without refund, if their conduct is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or contrary to these expectations.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and within our programmes — including written materials, workbooks, recordings, illustrations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Marchetti Holbrook or its content partners.
Upon enrolment, participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for their own private educational study. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of any materials.
The Marchetti Holbrook name, logo, and programme titles are proprietary and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Marchetti Holbrook provides educational content to the best of our knowledge and with care. However, we do not accept liability for:
- Any financial decisions or outcomes arising from the application of educational content
- Inaccuracies in third-party information referenced within programme materials
- Technical interruptions to the delivery of online programme components
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of our website or participation in our programmes
Our total liability in connection with any programme or website use is limited to the fees paid by the participant in respect of that programme.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Introduces malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems
