Frequently Asked Questions

Are these programmes suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. The Specimen Sheet: Daily Finance Practice programme is designed specifically for those at the beginning of their financial education journey. No prior knowledge is assumed — we start from the basics and build systematically.

How long does each programme take to complete?

The Specimen Sheet programme typically spans 4–6 weeks of guided study. The Family Studies catalogue is structured across 8–10 weeks. The Long Catalogue is an extended programme of 12–16 weeks, though materials remain accessible for ongoing reference beyond completion.

Do I need to attend in person?

The majority of programme content is available through recorded study sessions, allowing flexible study from home. Optional facilitated discussion sessions for Family Studies and Long Catalogue can be conducted in person at our Bukit Damansara premises or remotely.

Is the investment content compliant with Shariah principles?

The Family Studies: Investment Catalogue includes dedicated sections on Shariah-compliant instruments within the Malaysian context. The programme presents these alongside conventional options from a descriptive, educational standpoint.

What is the payment process?

After submitting an enquiry, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm programme details and provide full payment instructions. We accept local bank transfer, FPX, and selected card payments.

Are the programmes a form of financial advice?

No. Marchetti Holbrook offers financial education — content that describes, explains, and contextualises financial topics. The programmes do not constitute personal financial advice and are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed financial advisor.
